Because of the particular advantage,IP Phone has obtained the great development in recent years.The research which relates to the VoIP becomes the hot topics nowadays.In this paper,we fully introduce the technology of speech compress coding based on the three basic coding method,and have the performance analysis among the popular standards.At last we give the software emulation result.
