Cloud rule generator is the core module of the control systems based on clouds model. The paper analyses clouds model,the representation of qualitative rules and the anomaly probability of cloud rule generator.then presents a method to improve the stability, reliability.efficiency and flexibility of cloud rule generator.This method is the combination of anomaly report.anomaly treatment and serialization of antecedents .As a result,an architecture of cloud rule generator is designed.
