Evaluation of the Success Degree of Projects of Enterprise Resource Planning

A success criterion is very important for projects of enterprise resource planning(ERP) to succeed.This paper puts forward an evaluation system to estimate the success degree of ERP projects.The system is discussed in details such as the budget,the time and the aim of the ERP projects.The paper presents index weights and discusses the algorithm for the system.An example demonstrates the system with good practicability and flexibility.
