This paper investigated the meta intention characteristics of the will process and personality tendency,the discount and source of self development among the young boys and girls.And then some strategy and method of optimization training on attitude awareness,motivation arousing,and personality modeling were provided in order to guide interpersonal interaction and social adjustment for the young boys and girls.
