This paper summarizes the practical experience of domestic and freign enterprises, explores the importance of intelligent right in the field of economy, by listing the foreign advanced principle, and tries to extend to the process of independent intelligent property right of the enterprise development, and all kinds of counterplans for enhancing the protection of intelligent right.
