The requirements of two-way communication between customers and enterprises give the impetus to the development of the data collaboration technology. This paper analyzes the impact of the Internet development on the enterprise operation model, discusses and compares the different methods of implementation of data collaboration in detail, and finally predicts the future development of this technology.
