Study of decision support system(DSS) in irrigation districts based on GIS

This paper analyses the function of DSS and put forward the structure of DSS in irrigation district based on GIS.And it constructs a logical structure of space DSS by integration and discusses the key technique in system implement.Based on Distributing water model of main-branch canal in irrigation district,the geographic information system(GIS) is used and the manner of representing simulative result is discussed.It has beeen used well in developing DSS of irrigation district of Hongjin in Jiangsu province.
