TRAPEZOID WAVELET TRANSFORM AND ITS APPLICATION TO FAULT ANALYSIS IN ROTOR OF SQUIRREL CAGE MOTORS

In this paper, trapezoid wavelet function and trapezoid transform is presented. Trapezoid wavelet function possesses local features of time domain and frequency domain and ability to detect frequency required. Trapezoid wavelet transform is suitable for fault analysis in power systems, especially for fault analysis in rotors of generator and squirrel cage motor, and so it is of important social economic result.
