The DiskOnChip family of products provides reliable memory to store data and code locally.This paper analogies the boot sequence in current PC architecture system and proposes an idea of boot device replacement.An embedded system we have developed follows this idea.This paper describes how to design and implement this application in detaills.And it's booting performance has been test.
