Legalization is the target of social management innovation. Network anti-corruption should be implemented in the rule of law and must become a vital project of the legalization of social management innovation. Network anti-corruption is indispensible to legislation and it reflects profound legal ideas as well. In order to establish a legislation system of network anti-corruption, we should clarify the existing problems, perfect the present network tort laws and regulations, enhance the protection of informers and gradually establish the publicity of official property. In this way, network anti-corruption will continuously develop along the orbit of the rule of law.
