User Check-in and Device Delicacy Management for Open Lab Based on QR Code and New Media

This paper proposes a new user check-in mechanism based QR code and a new reservation mechanism based on new media. The new mechanisms will improve the management level and utilization of space,devices and supporting resources of open labs. This paper defines a user credit updating rule and a per-device check-in method. A real-time device usage information collection method and related lab opening system are developed to support the new mechanisms.
