Application of Avail Function in Air Defense Fire Control System Effectiveness Evaluation

The avail function theory includes ensuring the judge target index set, classifying the influence effectiveness index, ensuring the avail function of index and synthesis evaluation method, calculating the weight of effectiveness index, and calculating the system effectiveness value and ordering. Then, use avail function to construct the evaluation model of air defense fire control system. By ensuring judge target index set, index weighting, index data and system effectiveness, the system is realized.
