Application of Flash Memory in Embedded Linux System

The acceptable performance and reliability of the flash memory were achieved with several different schemes on the basis of system requirements and the deep analysis for the features of various flash memories and relevant file-systems.The flash memory is accessed through boot-loaders,file systems in Linux,and by skipping the file system to call the bottom handle functions.Automatic in-system flash memory programming was also implemented,which has a reference value for similar systems.
