Design and Simulation of FIR Digital Filter Based on MATLAB and QuartusII

Traditionally,we use theoretical formula to obtain some correlative parameter when designing a digital filter.But,in this way,it can′t bring any visual cognition to the actual result of the filter.So it is impossible that optimizing the parameter according to the actual result.In order to solve this question,the paper presents a design method for FIR digital filter based on MATLAB and QuartusⅡ.And through this example it gives the design flow.The result of the software and hardware simulation is analyzed by using of MATLAB and QuartusⅡ.It can easily check up the results and advance the efficiency of the design.
