Research on IT Project Portfolio Decision Model Based on Decision Agents

The paper presented an IT project portfolio decision model based on agent technology(ITPMM-DA),and defined the decision agents as the core unit in the IT portfolio decision-making process.According to the IT project goals and constraints,decision agents provided effective decision support through reasoning on behaviors.This article described 7 decision-making steps in detail,and designed the decision-making process of the model to maximize the return on enterprise's IT projects.
