Study on Computer Control of Vacuum Meter

This paper introduces the principium and programme method of three kinds of computer interface of RS232C,IEEE488,DI/O. The method of design of computer control for Maix gauge,spinning rotor gauge(SRG) and capacitance diaphragm gauge(CDG) are presented.
