Developing New Drugs with Two Medical Theories

All medications have two properties, that of the western medicine and that of the traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine recognizes and explores the latter while western medicine recognizes and explores the former. Since both medical systems have their rationality, all medications should be developed in the light of both theories. In this way, we can bring into play the best efficacy of the drug, promote innovation in the development of new drugs and thus increase therapeutic effect.
