Voice Over Internet Protocol(abbreviated as VOIP) is a transmission technology which transfers the audio signal in the form of data packets via IP network.The thesis hereby analyzes the transmission problem to be resolved on IP network,and discribes the path to the accomplishment of the quality of p2p audio services and related technology around IP QoS.
