To create a ubiquitous device service as the main goal,Research of service semantic description of the Ubiquitous device with SOA architecture was done and semantic description of the method was given.Eequipment service ontology was described in three main parts:device description,event description,application description to provide a theoretical support for the development of systems with ubiquitous computing environment.
