The Design of the Automatic Detecting System for Mandril

The length、diameter and using time of mandril are needed in the process of manufacturing the pipe.We design new equipment for detecting through carving the groove at the end of mandril,which can be used in the foul environment.This paper introduces the system based on the PLC,and also introduces the theory of detection,structure of system and software.
