Retrospect and Prospect of Corporate Social Responsibility in Product-Harm Crises Abroad

The academic circle has done more research on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) in routine settings than in non-routine settings where product-harm crises occur.This paper tackles the achievements in the research on CSR in product-harm crises in foreign countries.It summarizes the relations between CSR and product-harm crises,CSR and its attribution,CSR and brand evaluation,CSR and enterprises' response to product-harm crises.In the end the paper puts forward the deficiencies and prospect of research in this field.
