Problems and countermeasures relating to CIO of enterprises in our country

As an emerging post,CIO appears along with the managemt of enterprise information.In view of the development of entenprise information system,some main problems relating to CIO are studied,on basis of which some countermeasures are suggested.Those measures include:making clear CIO's responsibility,guaranteeing his rights,strengthening his external function so that the CIO may play a proper function in information management while upgrading his own quality and improving mangment ability.
