Canton Tower Project Schedule Management Study

In this paper, some effect factors of Canton Tower project schedule are analysed.In order to control project schedule,some work must be prepared at first.And a three-levels project schedule management system is specially established for Canton Tower project. Practice shows that the system can solve the problems above.
