Single Electron Transistor and Its Application in Cellular Neural Networks

The characteristics of single-electron transistor(SET)and the analysis of master equation were studied. A SPICE model of single-electron transistor based on the master equation was proposed,and the simulation of a cellular neural network(CNN)cell model was built. The computer simulation results show that the SPICE mode of SET is reasonably precise,and the CNN cells model with low power dissipation and good frequency property is suitable for complex CNN implementation.
