By the means of analyzing the theory of Arc Suppression by fault phrase grounding with ZnO,aconclusion that the theory cann't be applied in power system is gained.Arc Suppression by fault phrase grounding with ZnO must satisfy the fault phrase voltage to earth which is above setting(It is normally 0.75 times normal Phase voltage).But when arc earthing takes place it cann't satisfy the conduction condition or it produces over voltage and huge caloric that maybe causes explosion even though it satisies with conduction conditiont.Beacause of the inhibition of power system,the theory shows defects and cann't be applied in power system.
