Using Split Horizon Data to Optimizing SQL Statements

In this paper, a method for optimizing SQL statements is proposed. Splitting horizon data to multiple parts and using equivalent logic conversion to make Oracle database choose more effi cient SQL explain plan. At last, experiments are made to show feasibility of the method.
