Decision in water resources argumentation belongs to half-structual matter,personnel need to consider all complex factors of being correlated,so it is necessary to do research in development of decision support system.Describes the development of water resources argumentation decision support system based on J2EE,analyses the frame of the system and design.This system consists of data-base,model-base,knowledge-base and human-computer interaction,the core part includes 5 models as runoff regulation computation,frequency analysis,water balance of district,water quality evaluation and rationality analysis of fetching water,combine with other part,user can interact with this system,obtain satisfactory decision info via stepwise iterative.
