Trust MBO and Stock-Collaborate System

To reconstruct an enterprise by stockcollaborate system is a way to improve Manganese industrys profit. But in fact, there are many disadvantage factors such as the limit of the employees payment, and the limit of law. Thus we should reconstruct the enterprise by stockcollaborate with Trust MBO and so on. We also support these in policy.
