The current development,utilization and management of the information resources have been regarded as the important measures for lifting the international competitive power of the enterprises.This paper briefly expounds the definition and classification of the commercial information,and based on analyzing the features of the commercial information,emphatically introduces the methods for collecting the commercial information.
