Application of improved grey model in fire accident forecasting

The basic step of GM (1,1)model was illustrated firstly in this paper, and an improved measure was put forward. then the fire accidents was predicted by the method, and the data has been dealt with by Matlab. The result indicates that the data predicted with this method are close to real data.
