Diagnosis of Canine Hepatocarcinoma and Discussion on Pathogenic Mechanism

Clinical check (including general detection and ultrasound examination),autopsy or gross lesions were made for a canine.Then the pathological tissues were fixed in 10% Formalin,and the paraffin sections were prepared,and were stained by HE.The histopathological changes were also observed under microscopy.Finally,the canine hepatocarcinoma was confirmed for the canine.So,its aetiology,pathogenic mechanism,the methds of diagnosis and treatment and so on were discussed.
