With the development of information technology,the produce of massive date results in the appearance of massive irregular data.How to manage the data from business or university uniformly and then achieve data change or facilitate of decision-making,which is basic condition to the birth of master data management.Through combine operation of university,consulting the ideology of THE SAP MDM and the ontology,the author advanced the primary stage of university master data;this is standard master data,to implement the university data change.And then,using Protege、JAVA、C# to achieve this purpose.Consequently,this paper consist a model to example the university data and demonstrate its feasibility.
