Study on Status of Network Digital Resources' Distributing and Sharing in China

China's network digital resources have formed a certain scale and hold the increase in developing speed.Nevertheless,the distribution of the resources is lopsided from the aspects of area,time and industry.This imbalance influences and determines the efficiency,status and quality of network digital resources sharing to some degree.
