This paper proposes a RTP-based frame rate adaptive strategy for transmitting H.264 stream.According to the transmission quality information which is fed back from the receiver,the frame rate on the sender changes automatically to adapt the network condition.Then it gives an instance of multi-embedded video server basing on H.264.
