Under the Present high-tech conditions,network Privacy has aroused world-wide concern. Every nation has no more than two such protective patterns:professional self-control pattern and legal protective pattern.Our country has evident negligences in protecting network privacy.Therefore it isdefinite that network privacy is an independent personality and that special privacy is an independent personality and that special privacy laws should be drawn up to protect such rights thoroughly.
