Chosen cipher-text security proof of ZS encryption scheme

In 1993,Zheng and Seberry proposed an encryption scheme and claimed that it was chosen cipher-text secure.But they did not give specific proof.This paper proved that,under the CDH assumption,it was chosen ciphertext secure in the random oracle model.
