Improved Design of Digital Mixer with DDS

The general architecture used in the digital mixer was composed of DDS by which carrier wave was created,the signal was synthesized by multiplier and adder.A new method based on the CORDIC algorithm was introduced.Results from simulation and analysis indicate that the implementation has the advantages of higher precision and simpler structure compared with the former circuit.
