Trouble analysis for Simens PLC automatic control system and its troubleshooting

Taken a Simens PLC automatic system for continuous cooking section of annual 102 thousand tons reed pulp line in Yuanjiang Paper Co.,Ltd.,as an example,the basic structure of Simens STEP7-300/400 PLC system was briefly described.The fault phenomenon of main hardware,trouble diagnosis of the system were analyzed and described.
