On analytic network process for evaluating force of satellite application system for military affairs

According to the characteristics of the satellite application system for military affairs,this paper deals with a method of evaluating the force effectiveness by using analytic network pro-(cess)(ANP),establishes the evaluating standard,and gives the index dictionary of the force effectiveness of satellite application system for military affairs. The Model of ANP based on the characters of the system and the relationship of indexes is set up.And then this paper presents the way to obtain the super-limit-matrix for compositor force effectiveness.
