Study on Factors of Influencing Inductive Probe Critical Frequency

To improve dynamic response performance of inductive probe,the key problem is to find the probe's critical frequency.The factors influencing the probe's critical frequency was analyzed technically,and the complications effecting the probe such as its stiffness,mass and pre-compression capacity were verified through the test rig.The test results indicate that increasing reasonably the probe's stiffness and pre-compression capacity and reducing the mass of movable part may enhance its dynamic response performance.
