Some Problems in Network Mediums

Originally the word medium has multiple meanings,it refers only to the carrier in the activity of information spreading.As a new information platform,network,mobile phone have some characters that the other mediums do not possess such as participation,direction,selection.As the new mediums have different systems from the traditional mediums,the task of the management becomes more and more difficult,especially in the method of management,the measures in the management and the law used in it.Therefore the government must improve and strengthen the management in the new field of mediums.
