The Software Project Development Team counts as the fundamental element to a project-oriented company's survival and growth. In a company, the executive/middle management as well as the project manager can all influence the team's construction, among them, a project manager is playing a decisive role. The project manager need to keep the good communication with the management and customers, also need to set up suitable project management structures, project management chart and project development standard and process etc.
