It is a consequent trend to introduce universal card system because school affairs management becomes more and more complicated and school digitization develops rapidly. We depicted the construction objects,requirements and technological application of universal card system,and put forward a relatively perfect scheme for an effective operation which aimed to provide better digital space and internet environment for the standardization and sharing of campus information.
