RIESZ BASIS COMING FROM A MRA

The explicit form of a Riesz basis from a multiresolution analysis and the direct relation between the wavelet function ψ(x) and the scaling function φ(x) are presented without using the orthogonal method.A decomposition and reconstruction algorithm based on the Riesz basis is established.
