Design of Codec Based on FPGA in Base-band Communication System

Choosing the appropriate type of baseband code is the key to the digital baseband transmission.HDB3 becomes one of the types of code recommended by ITU because of its advantage.This paper presents a method of designing HDB3 codec based on FPGA,provides the simulation in Quartus II by using VHDL and shows its correctness of this method.
