Constructive Research on the County Water Conservancy Information System

The paper analyses the applying condition and working flow of the County Water Conservancy,and points out the problem of dealing with common and geographic data in information system of County Water Conservancy.Finally,the logic structure of County Water Conservancy information system is put forward combined with MIS and the demand for national water conservancy information alization.
