Discussion of Some Problems of the Project Management in RIEST

Based on the basic concept of project management, this paper compares the responsibility of the project manager in Research Institute of Electronic Science and Technology (RIEST) according to 9 management tasks of the project, and finds out the reasons of some problems of project management in RIEST. At last, some suggestions are provided to improve the project management in RIEST.
