The Network Access Technologies Research on Metropolitan-area Monitor System

The metropolitanarea monitor system is extensively applied to management of city traffic, environment, public security, water and electricity. The main difficulty to construct the system is connected up the communication. This paper proposed the solution for setting up the communication platform of the monitoring system in the broadband network, and expounded key technologies in supporting realtime monitor in public IP network, including multiplexing multimedia data of many stations, the unified management of not IP equipment under SNMP, the realtime communication of Qos control on IP net, and the QoS preject that base on mobile agent.
