Existing Problems in Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Files and Its Countermeasures

Management of agricultural scientific research files is not only an important component of management of modern scientific research,but also an important part of agricultural scientific research activities.With continuously deepening reform of agricultural sci-tech system,some new problems showed in the jobs of file collecting,file filing and file flowing trend.Therefore,the existing problems in present management of agricultural scientific research files in China and their causes were analyzed,and then some innovative thoughts and strategies were proposed.
