The ACELP of speech code and encode in TETRA
Zhu Dong · 2001
TETRA is a new digital system of Trunking Radio Communication, which bases on the Code_Exited Linear Predictive(CELP) code model; and it is completed with high quality speech at bit rates at 4.567kbits.In this paper, the current TETRA Standard Setting by ETSI is describe . Codebook structure and search will be discussed and Linear Predictive code (LPC) and how to work out the LPC parameters is particularly described. Upon this, a new method--Reflection coefficients Interpolation is given.
